What the company did

In late 2025, freight forwarder Eternity Group Mexico piloted HubSpot’s Prospecting Agent to research prospects and draft first-touch emails in Spanish. Implementation partner Digifianz trained the team and configured the agent around its sales process.

How it went

Digifianz reports positive early feedback: reps valued the research, Spanish-language drafts and familiar HubSpot workspace. The account gives no measured improvement in replies, meetings or sales. Freight Fieldnotes has not independently verified the pilot.

Worth knowing

  • A rep approved every draft before sending. The pilot does not demonstrate unattended outreach.
  • Buyer intent, deal scoring and call follow-up were later roadmap items, not demonstrated parts of this pilot.
  • For your desk: Check prospect facts and trade-lane relevance before sending; record which drafts need edits and whether they earn replies.

Supporting evidence and review

Human review required

  • Check prospect facts, service claims, language and relevance before sending.
  • Use a clear owner for reviewing drafts and handling replies.

Evidence & limitations

  • Implementation-partner report of a named customer pilot, not an independent test.
  • Early feedback was qualitative; no measured conversion lift is established.
  • Buyer intent, deal scoring and call follow-up were roadmap items, not proven parts of this pilot.
