How we assess
Useful starts with knowing what’s proven.
The main library includes company-reported deployments and workflows with recorded tests. Untested workflow ideas and vendor announcements have separate pages. Every label tells you what evidence is available.
Proposed workflow
An original or adapted walkthrough with illustrative inputs and outputs. It has not earned a tested label. Try it with fictional data and check the result before adapting it to work.
Sample-tested
A workflow with a recorded tool, test date, input, actual output and checks. Sample testing describes those conditions only; it does not establish production reliability.
Company-reported
A company says it deployed this application. We attribute its claims and link to its public source. We have not independently reproduced its system or verified its results.
Vendor announcement
A provider announces a capability or service. The announcement does not establish customer adoption, measured value or current eligibility.
How the library grows
- Look for recurring freight tasks and public accounts of AI use.
- Read the original source, preserve dates and supporting evidence, and group repeated coverage.
- Assess who benefits, what data and access are needed, and what is unknown.
- Publish qualifying deployment reports in the main library. Keep vendor announcements separate and do not generate untested ideas during routine research. Hold incomplete candidates rather than filling a quota.
- Revisit sources and update entries when meaningful changes appear.
AI-assisted research and automated content checks maintain this library. Those checks do not independently verify a publisher’s claims. New additions are published automatically when they meet the editorial requirements.
Sponsors
Sponsors appear only in the labeled sponsor bar. They never buy entries, rankings or evidence labels, and they have no say over what the library publishes. About sponsoring.
Before using a workflow
Use tools and data approved by your employer. Start with fictional or properly redacted examples. Check shipment facts against their sources and review drafts before sending. A prompt cannot give an assistant access to a carrier’s private tracking system.
Free to read
Browse, search and copy instructions without an account. This site does not collect email addresses or run visitor analytics. Links to source publishers take you to their websites. Tool costs and access requirements are shown separately from access to this library.
