Qued reports Windmill Transport using its Turvo connection to book appointments through portals and email. Machine learning selects slots using ETAs, facility capacity, historical performance and local requirements, while operators continue working inside the TMS.
How it went
The rollout started with a small group in April 2026. Qued reports 685 confirmed appointments as of July 24, a 98.8% confirmation rate and scheduling reduced from hours to minutes. Full company implementation was planned for year end; the release gives no independent scheduling evaluation.
Worth knowing
- The integration covers both slot selection and surrounding booking automation; a confirmation rate does not measure whether trucks met their appointments.
- For your desk: Reconcile portal or email confirmations with the Turvo stop, time zone and facility reference. Track unresolved requests separately from confirmed appointments and subsequent arrival performance.
